Renowned Harmonicist Cy Leo has an official website built and hosted on Squarespace. One day he found that the site is not working despite having an active subscription.

He sought help from our Founder, Ivan Chong.

Ivan troubleshot by looking at the Squarespare portal, and found that the original domain (cyleomusic.com) expired and got into the redemption period due to domain renewal not set as automatic.

After the redemption period was over, it's a pity that the domain had been taken and registered by others.
