- Workflow Design for Instrumental Class Enrolment (Google form)
- Workflow Design for Attendance Record taking (Google Sheet)
- Accomplished 14 classes and 4 concerts in total
- Tutors and performing groups communciation management
- Preparation of relevant documents and reports, from project proposal and budget, to interim progress reports and final report
- Provided advisory service to the newly recruited Project Manager for the 2nd launch of the same project to ensure smooth project handover
