Background
Ginger Muse has an official website built and hosted on Squarespace. One day the team found that the site was not working despite having an active subscription on Squarespace.
In addition, there was also problem with email delivery, where people could not send their email to info@gingermuse.com.
The team sought help from our Founder, Ivan Chong, hoping to recover the website as well as solving the email delivery problem.

Summary
Our Founder Ivan Chong helped founding members of Ginger Muse to troubleshoot accessing Squarespace and GoDaddy.
It was found that there was DNS connection problem at Squarespace.
Ivan helped to configure the correct DNS to reconnect the domain to Squarespace.
In addition, Ivan found that in the GoDaddy platform there was an unused hosting plan purchased. He helped to cancel the plan to save cost.
Furthermore, Ivan helped to set up the Google Workspace email (info@gingermuse.com) for the team.
Email forwarding has also been configured, so that the emails sent to info@gingermuse.com, as well as emails sent to individual team members could be automatically forwarded to the respective gmail addresses of the team members.
The website is now recovered, and the email delivery problem has been solved.
